Admin Mobile App

The full admin dashboard — now in your pocket

The MJEI Admin App is the mobile replica of the web admin dashboard, built specifically for project owners and managers who need full oversight without being tied to a desktop. It uses the same MJEI ecosystem but with a separate, secure admin binding code and two-factor authentication.

How it works

Download & Bind with Admin Code

Admin codes (ADM-XXXX) are completely separate from foreman codes (SITE-XXXX). This ensures role-based access from the very first step.

Verify with 2FA

After entering your admin code, you'll verify your identity with a 6-digit code sent to your email or generated by an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc). This adds enterprise-grade security to every admin login.

Full Dashboard Access

Once verified, you get the complete admin dashboard on your phone — all projects, workers, budgets, reports, and approval queues. Everything the web dashboard shows, optimized for mobile.

Approve material requests, export PDF/Excel reports, message site managers, and track expenses — all from your phone, anywhere you are.

Separate Access Codes

Admin codes (ADM-) are generated independently from site codes (SITE-). A foreman's code cannot unlock admin features, ever.

Supplier Mobile App

Closing the loop — from request to delivery

The MJEI Supplier App is the third piece of the ecosystem — it connects material suppliers and vendors directly to the construction workflow. When a foreman requests materials and the admin approves, the order flows directly to the supplier's app. No phone calls, no lost orders, no delays.

Automated payments for workers, suppliers & expenses

Smart Settlements will automate the payment workflow for construction projects. Based on attendance data, material deliveries, and approved expenses already tracked in MJEI, the system will calculate and process payments — reducing manual accounting, preventing errors, and ensuring everyone gets paid on time.

Automatically calculate wages based on attendance records already logged in the MJEI Site App. Daily rate × days worked = total owed. Supports casual, permanent, and overtime rates. Export payroll sheets or process M-Pesa payments directly.
