GPS Geofencing
Attendance can ONLY be submitted when the foreman's phone is physically within the defined site boundary. Remote submissions are blocked entirely.
Mandatory Site Photo
Every attendance submission requires a live, timestamped photo of workers on site. Photos are GPS-tagged and cannot be taken from gallery — camera only.
AI Head Count
AI automatically counts people visible in the site photo and compares to the reported number. If foreman says 50 but photo shows ~30, it's instantly flagged.
Individual Check-in
